Camp Registration
Welcome to
ON-LINE REGISTRATION
Please
have a copy of the 2008 Summer Camp Brochure
available as you complete this registration process. Please contact the
Camp Director of your chosen location for further
help.
IMPORTANT:
Although you may register multiple campers for multiple sessions at a
single location in one registration process, you must complete separate
registrations including user name and password for campers attending camp
sessions at more than one location.
1.
The first step of Online Registration is for YOU, the parent/Guardian,
to set up an account. You can use this account to log in later and see
updates to your registration (WRITE YOUR LOGIN AND PASSWORD DOWN).

Also on this page you should enter YOUR name and YOUR contact information
and then click REGISTER.
3.
Once you set up the account you will be asked to enter your username and
password you just created.
4.
After doing so, you will see instructions on how to complete registration
and payment process.
5.
Almost immediately you will receive a Confirmation e-mail that includes:
A.
Instruction Sheet to Parents that includes a list of items to bring
to camp
B. A Nebraska 4-H Participant Permission and Health Form**
C. Bunk1 email and photo site instructions (for Eastern Nebraska 4-H
Center and the State 4-H Camp only).
D. If appropriate: Specific “Travel” Camp Session Instructions
IMPORTANT:
**When registering online, because of insurance requirements, we must
have a signed original “Nebraska 4-H Participant Permission and
Health Form” for each camper attending camp prior to attending any
camp session. This form will be included with your confirmation email.
Please print a many copies of this form as you have campers. Have both
the camper(s) and a parent sign at the bottom of pages 3 and 4. Then mail
the signed form (all four pages) to the appropriate camp or center.
