Please
read the following prior to downloading the registration form at
the bottom of the page:
- Payment by check or credit card (Visa
and Master Charge only) is accepted. The full camp fee is required
at time of registration. The fee includes meals, lodging
and programs.
- Electronic check re-presentment policy:
In the event that your check is returned unpaid for insufficient
or uncollected funds, we may represent your check electronically.
In the ordinary course of business, your check will not be provided
to you with your bank statement.
- Complete and mail the permission and
health form and payment to one of the three addresses at the top
of the form. For example, if the camper will be attending Discovery
Camp at the Eastern NE 4-H Center, the check should be made out
to the Eastern NE 4-H Center and for should be mailed to that
location.
- Campers who want to room together should
list each other’s name on their registration forms and should
send their registrations together in the same envelope if possible.
- After we receive your registration, you
will receive confirmation no later than two weeks after the registration
is processed.
- All cancellations are subject to a $25
processing fee. No
fees will be returned if the camp being attended is not notified
10 days prior to the camp session commencing
- Camps fill on a first-come, first-served
basis so please do not delay your registration.
Other
Information:
- Changing Camps: If for some reason you
wish to register for a different camp, the request must be made
two weeks prior to the camp for which you originally registered.
Changes will be made only when feasible.
- Leaving Camp Early and/or "Coming
and Going": It is our goal to make your child's stay at 4-H
Camp one of the highlights of the summer. We strive to create
a community in which all campers are actively involved 100% of
the time. This is difficult when campers leave for sporting
events or other engagements. Please try to make arrangements
within your schedule so your child can remain at camp for the
entire session.
- Transportation: Many counties coordinate
group transportation/car pool to the camps. Please contact your county extension
office (see phone book under County Government Offices) to inquire.
- All young people are welcome, whether
this is their introduction to 4-H or another of their many 4-H
experiences. Invite your children's friends to join them
at camp.
