Do
I have to be a 4-H member in order to participate in 4-H events?
No.
Your participation in 4-H is always welcomed. There are some things
(like camps) that require advanced registration and others (like
the fair or special awards) that may require enrollment in a specific
project. However, most of the educational adventures do not have
a membership requirement.
