During October, youth across Nebraska celebrated the 2009 National 4-H Week by participating in the National Youth Science Day (NYSD) experiment! The National Youth Science Day gave young people nationwide an opportunity to join leading scientists in experimenting with biofuels to discover which ones will lead us to a sustainable future.
If you completed the 4-H National Youth Science Day experiment in your community, and have a video or picture that you would like to share, upload it to a photo/video sharing Web site, and link it to the 2009 Nebraska 4-H Youth Science Day Google Map! The best videos and photos will be shown to the UNL Board of Regents on Friday, October 23, 2009 – so upload your video/photo and see how the experiment turned out in other places across Nebraska!
Where Do I Post My Video/Photo?
Upload your NYSD video to a Web sharing site, such as YouTube; if uploading a photo, use a Web sharing site, such as Picasa or Flickr. You will need to create an account to upload the video/photo. Follow the instructions on the site to upload the video/photo; once it has been uploaded, copy the Embed HTML Code information (this option will be given to you as a way of sharing your file). This code will be pasted into the Google Map by following the instructions below.
