Under Specialty Pastry, it reads
Specialty Pastry (any recipe) – pie tarts, puff
pastry, phyllo doughs, scones, biscotti, choux, croissants, Danish,
strudels. Four on a paper plate or at least ¾ of baked product.
Pastries made with cream or egg based fillings will be disqualified.
PLEASE ADD: Phyllo dough may be pre made or from scratch.
(Phyllo dough is
extremely difficult to make and hard to work with under the best of
