Under Specialty Pastry, it reads

Specialty Pastry (any recipe) – pie tarts, puff pastry, phyllo doughs, scones, biscotti, choux, croissants, Danish, strudels. Four on a paper plate or at least ¾ of baked product. Pastries made with cream or egg based fillings will be disqualified.

PLEASE ADD: Phyllo dough may be pre made or from scratch.

(Phyllo dough is extremely difficult to make and hard to work with under the best of condition! This is the pastry that is used in baklova) - Amy Peterson, Superintendent
