Nebraska 4-H Volunteer Recognition Program

The Nebraska 4-H Volunteer Recognition Program recognizes the great work and outstanding accomplishments of volunteers from across the state.

Below are descriptions of County Awards, the Volunteers of Excellence Program, and State Awards that are offered and promoted by many counties in Nebraska. Contact your local UNL Extension Office regarding the offering of these awards in your county.

Volunteers of Excellence Program
Leadership – Education – Accomplishments – Dedication

The Nebraska 4-H Volunteers of Excellence Program is designed to complement the tradition of recognizing outstanding volunteers, provide guidance for volunteers to expand their leadership ability, educational opportunities and accomplishments, and reward their dedication to the 4-H program. This program allows volunteers to personalize their experience and select various levels that fit their needs, ability, passion and time.
