Notes about ONLINE registration:

Please have a copy of the 2012 Nebraska 4-H Participant Permission and Health Form available as you complete this registration process. Please contact the camp director of your chosen location for further help.

IMPORTANT: Although you may register multiple campers for multiple sessions at a single location in one registration process, you must complete separate registrations including user name and password for campers attending camp sessions at more than one location.

1. The first step of Online Registration is for YOU, the parent/Guardian, to set up an account. You can use this account to log in later and see updates to your registration (WRITE YOUR LOGIN AND PASSWORD DOWN).

2. Also on this page you should enter YOUR name and YOUR contact information and then click REGISTER.

3. Once you set up the account you will be asked to enter your username and password you just created.

4. After doing so, you will see instructions on how to complete registration and payment process.

Previous ONLINE Registration: You have registered online in the past years (2007-2011): Your username, password, and camper information are still available ONLY at the campsite you camper has   previously attended. Just update any new information and sign up for the camp sessions your child wants to attend this year (2012).

Previous PAPER (mailed) Registration: You have submitted paper registration in the past and are now registering online: You do not have to re-enter you camper information. You can generate a temporary username and password that will link to your camper information using the following process:
Your username and password are:

Username: camper’s initials (first and last name) and ZIP code.
Password: camper’s last name
For example: Samantha Johnson, ZIP code 11222
Username: sj11222
Password: Johnson

NOTE: If you have more than one camper at camp, please use the oldest camper’s information

If you changed you username and/or password and have misplaced them, please contact (402) 472-1710.

Confirmation: Online registration is not finished until the “Payment Tab” is completed. Once payment has been acknowledged, you will receive and immediate confirmation by email.  The confirmation email will include:

A. Instruction Sheet to Parents that includes a list of items to bring to camp

B. A Nebraska 4-H Participant Permisssion and Health Form ***

C. Bunk1 email and photo site instructions (for Eastern Nebraska 4-H Center adn State 4-H Camp only.)

D. If appropriate: Specific "Travel" Camp Session Instructions

If you do not receive this email, your registration is not complete or you mistyped your email address. Please follow the online instructions or contact the specific camp for help.

***IMPORTANT: Permission and Health Form: Our insurance requires a signed, original “Nebraska 4-H Participant Permission and Health Form” prior to attendance at any camp. This form will be included with your confirmation email or you may download it by clicking on the link above.  Print and complete as many copies of the form as you have campers. Please print this form, and have both the camper and a parent/guardian sign at the bottom of Pages 3 and 4. Mail the signed form (all four pages) to the appropriate camp or center. If the form is not completed and signed by camp check in, your child will not be allowed to stay at camp.
 

Multiple Sessions: You may enroll a camper for multiple sessions at any ONE camp location with ONE registration. Copies of your registration paperwork will be made for each session.
If a camper wants to enroll in sessions at two or more camp locations, EACH location requires a separate sign in and registration and a completely different username and password.

Cabin Requests: Campers who want to room together should add each other’s name in the box labeled “Cabin Request” during the online registration process.
Although every effort will be made to place campers in the same cabin if requested, there is no guarantee. We will do our BEST. It is our policy to try to keep campers in each cabin within a two-year age span, if possible.

Cancellations: All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee.  No fees will be returned if the camp is not notified at least 14 days prior to the session commencing.  If you paid by credit card, refunds camp be credited back to your credit card account within 24 hours.  If you paid by check, refund checks must be processed and issued by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  This process takes upto six weeks.
