The Nebraska National Forest, two miles west of Halsey, provides a scenic combination of the Sandhills and the world's largest hand-planted forest. This makes the State 4-H Camp an educational and enchanting get-away. 

Welcome to the Eppley Lodge

 Located within the Nebraska National Forest, the State 4-H Camp has been serving
the youth of Nebraska since 1959. The Eppley Lodge is one of the most endearing main
lodge facilities in the state with air-conditioned spaces and a grand ballroom with a
surrounding balcony.

The State 4-H Camp has capacity for 170 overnight guests. A ballroom and dining hall comfortably seat 200, two conference rooms seat 30-40 guests and an Outdoor Education Center has space for 25.

State Camp features a T.R.U.S.T. course, waterslide, recreation fields, shooting ranges, and a breathtaking zip line.
