PASE/Life Challenge is a two-day event held each year at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. This year's event will be June 17-18, 2019. The event is made up of the Premier Animal Science Event (PASE) and the Life Challenge. Both offer career exploration opportunities, tours, presentations, and competitive contests. Youth do not need to be enrolled in animal science or family and consumer science projects to participate in either PASE or Life Challenge. Pre-registration is required for all PASE/Life Challenge contests. Pre-registration is completed by county Extension offices. For more information, please contact your local Extension office.
The Premier Animal Science Event (PASE) is a two-day event designed to help youth learn about issues related to the animal industry, explore career opportunities that are available, complete with other teens from across the state, and have FUN! Opportunities for youth include Livestock Judging, Poultry Judging, and Meats Judging, as well as Livestock Skill-a-thon and Livestock Quiz Bowl.
Life Challenge is a two-day event designed to help youth learn about issues related to family and consumer science, explore career opportunities that are available, compete with other teens from across the state and have FUN! Opportunities for youth include the Foods & Nutrition Challenge, Human Development Challenge, Design Challenge, and Entrepreneurship Investigation Challenge.
2018 EVENT SHIRTS
Order your PASE Life Challenge shirts are now! The deadline for ordering shirts is June 8, 2018. Shirts are $10 for adult sizes S, M, L, XL, and $12 for adult size XXL. Shirts will be available for pick up at PASE Life Challenge in the Animal Science Building.
