Leaders in Training - Become a Jr. Counselor!
Our Leaders In Training (LIT) program is specifically designed for all youth wanting to advance their leadership abilities. Teen campers will have the opportunity to build skills in communication, problem-solving, teamwork, decision making, planning, conflict resolution and youth supervision. Through our leadership experience, young adults will gain confidence and further personal growth while enjoying the high ropes course, 400-foot long zipline, archery, canoeing, and a variety of other camp activities! After completion of the “Leaders in Training” program, successful candidates have the option to volunteer at camp as a Jr. Camp Counselor, the first step in our staff development process. Our LIT program can be applied to community service and volunteer hour requirements. *If interested, Jr. Counselors will have the opportunity to preference specific weeks throughout the summer that they are able to volunteer.
