To request any accommodation to participate in the Championships, the individual or state coordinator MUST contact the host state Match Director, Steve Pritchard, before completing the registration process and prior to the registration deadline of May 21, 2025. Those instances require a written petition supported by a physician's written statement detailing the accommodation needed, the issues preventing the use of standard position or positions, modifications in equipment required to permit participation in the event, or any other accommodation required.
