Nebraska 4-H works to develop interests, skills, and abilities in the areas of science literacy, energy, agriculture, environmental stewardship, and technology, of youth across the state.
In partnership with Beyond School Bells, Nebraska 4-H has been providing STEM backpacks to families through libraries, afterschool programs and Extension offices in Nebraska.
The backpacks are available at these sites for families to check out so they can read books and do an activity together that is about a STEM topic.
