Dear 4-H Member:
Congratulations on your selection to represent your county at the 2025 Nebraska State Robotics Showcase! This opportunity has been created to help youth really show off their building and programming skill set.

Saturday, August 23, 2025
Raising Nebraska, State Fairgrounds - Grand Island, Nebraska
5-8 p.m.
Check in: 4:30-5 p.m.
You will need to work with your county office to register via ShoWorks by August 10, 2025. The site closes at 8:00 p.m. You will have an opportunity to briefly speak to the judge and/or answer judges questions (prior to/after) you showcase what your robot can do!
All participants and spectators should enter the Raising Nebraska building and look for the Robotics Showcase registration table. Once registered, participants will be guided to the Showcase area. Please note that there are other events happening in the Raising Nebraska building at the same time, so please be on the lookout for the right area. The Robotics Showcase will begin at 5 p.m. and conclude by 8 p.m., in the Raising Nebraska Building. Each participant will be given a gate pass to allow for entry that will be sent to you after the August 10 deadline.
Bring all equipment you may need for your robotics presentation with you. A fully charged battery is recommended (please do before you come to the Showcase). We recommend keeping all your items in a container (box/wagon/etc.) so they remain together. We will have some holding space available if you need to leave your items.
