Lunch & Learn

In celebration of National Volunteer Week, Nebraska 4-H hosts a live Lunch & Learn series. The sessions are intended to enhance existing 4-H volunteer training and provide networking opportunities. The sessions are recorded and made available for on-demand viewing.

Registration is open until each session begins. Registered participants will recieve a confirmation email with the zoom connection details.

The National Volunteer Week Lunch and Learn Zoom sessions will be 30 minutes of content and 30 minutes of discussion/networking.  All sessions will be recorded and will begin at 12:00 pm CST/11:00 am MDT each day.

Keeping the 4-H Experience Fresh

Volunteers will learn ways to keep the 4-H experiences they led fresh – perfect for both new and experienced volunteers. Volunteers will leave with new ideas and have the opportunity to network and share ideas with other volunteers.

Supporting Youth With Special Needs

Volunteers will explore an overview of different strategies and best practices for creating more inclusive environments for young people with disabilities and their families. Leave with tools one can use immediately and have access to additional resources. This session will equip 4-H club leaders to support and engage youth with all abilities.
