This train the trainer program is designed to help equip students to take initiative in building the path to help them succeed. Students will exit the course knowing more about themselves, how to be successful students and employees, how to thrive in new environments with others, and what they can do now to get started after high school. After attending this training, school counselors and teachers will gain access to the entire curriculum and be trained in implementation for their school.
Mapping Your Success Curriculum
Each person has a different path that has to be managed individually to fit his or her unique situation. The Mapping Your Success program is designed to help students take initiative in building the path to help them succeed. Students will exit the course knowing more about themselves, how to be successful students and employees, how to thrive in new environments with peers, colleagues, and professors, and what they can do now to get started after high school.

Mapping Your Success Curriculum Training
Get ready to equip your high school junior and senior students in taking the next steps after high school! Nebraska Extension is now offering the Mapping Your Success curriculum for high school career and technical education (CTE) teachers. The curriculum is an engaging, nine-week, hands-on course that discusses traditional topics of mapping career paths in a fresh, fun, and practical way.
The 2020 Mapping Your Success Training will be held on March 23rd from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. The training will be hosted at the Lancaster County Extension Office, 444 Cherrycreek Road, Suite A, Lincoln, NE 68528. The cost of the training is $230 and includes lunch, all training materials, and access to the online curriculum.
After attending the training, participants will have access to the entire curriculum and be trained in implementation for their school.
