Living Room Learning Recordings
Video Lessons
Living Room Learning is back for the summer of 2021 – and it’s a plus for everyone! Living Room Learning+ offers hands-on, virtually guided activities for youth. Each session focuses on a new activity that can be completed with inexpensive, easy-to-find materials. The finished project may be showcased as an exhibit at a local county fair (optional). Each session will be recorded and made available on-demand. Youth do not need to be 4-H members to participate.
Boredom Buster Challenge Recording

Tune in for the Boredom Buster Challenge! Each week, youth will be given a problem to solve using materials found in their home. Through these hands-on virtually guided challenges youth will learn about entrepreneurship, healthy living, science, technology, and more! Each session will be recorded and made available for on-demand viewing. Youth do not need to be 4-H members to participate.

Hands-On Activity Videos

Self-paced activity videos are designed to guide youth in completing a project at home. To work at their own pace, youth may pause videos, complete a step, and resume the video when they're ready. These videos can help youth prepare fair exhibits, complete science projects, and learn about a topic of interest.

The Nebraska 4-H Companion Animal Webinar Series is a great way for 4-H leaders, parents, and senior aged youth to gain knowledge in various companion animal-related topic areas. Each session, a new topic will be covered with various experts joining to share their experience and expertise.
Equine Webinar Series

The Equine Webinar Series is an opportunity for all youth, parents, and volunteers to gain knowledge of a variety of equine topics. Youth do not need to be enrolled 4-H members to participate. Webinars are held on the second Monday of each month.

The 4-H STEM Reading Connections program is designed to support literacy development, encourage curiosity through STEM, and spark an interest in 4-H. The videos are designed for K-6th grades.

Dog Showmanship Video Series

The Dog Showmanship Video Series includes maneuver descriptions, demonstrations, and general information for youth interested in learning more about dog showmanship. The short videos are intended to help youth while practicing with their dogs in preparation for 4-H showmanship.
TEC Box
Activity Kit
Nebraska 4-H is thrilled to offer the first-ever project of the year kit! This year's kit introduces youth to the exciting world of entrepreneurship through the TEC Box curriculum! The kit includes the curriculum and materials youth need to complete four hands-on activities that lay the groundwork for a county fair and state fair eligible exhibit!
Horsemanship Study Courses

The Horsemanship Study Courses are open to all youth ages 8-18 with an interest in learning more about horses. Youth do not need to be enrolled 4-H members to enroll in any of the online courses.
Companion Cat Science Course

Companion Cat Science is a self-paced learning opportunity offering educational information about caring for and showing cats. Biomedical Engineering Virtual Camp
Self-Paced Lessons for Ages 9-14
Do you enjoy learning STEM and have an interest in learning about real-world medical problems? In this engaging hands-on self-paced camp, youth will use the engineering design process to work through Biomedical Engineering challenges. Youth will participate in activities like Nanotechnology in the Body, Laparoscopic Surgery, Biomedicine in Space, and Prosthetics and Pills. Youth will also get to experience a Biomedical Career Day.

Each week throughout the summer, we'll release a new Pack that includes 4 activities a day for Monday through Thursday.
